Residential areas including densely populated cities far from the conflict zone were deliberately hit by Armenia with ballistic missiles.
High-level officials of Armenia issued official calls for mass killings of Azerbaijanis and attacks on Azerbaijani residential settlements, publicly confirmed that attacks on large cities of Azerbaijan was deliberate act aimed at causing panic among the civilian population.

Armenia heavily mined the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, including during its retreat from areas after the end of all military activities under the 10.11.2020 trilateral statement. It still refuses to release maps of mined areas. Since the end of the war, 20 citizens of Azerbaijan, including 14 civilians were killed, 85 citizens, including 16 civilians were seriously wounded as a result of mine explosions. 
2 weeks since the end of all military activities under the 10.11.2020 trilateral statement, Armenia deployed sabotage group of 62 conscripts into territory of Azerbaijan, which conducted attacks on Azerbaijani military and civilians: 4 Azerbaijani military servicemen were killed, 1 civilian was seriously injured.
More than 400 monuments, religious sites and other cultural objects in the occupied territories were totally destroyed, demolished and desecrated by Armenia to annihilate any sign of cultural presence of Azerbaijan in these territories.
Major cities like Aghdam, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Zangilan, Gubadli, Lachin, Kalbajar were razed to the ground.
Armenia has not provided any information regarding the whereabouts of 3890 Azerbaijanis who went missing in the 1st Karabakh war, Armenia’s refusal to cooperate on this issue still continues.
Armenia massively disseminates fake news, including regarding the use of foreign terrorist fighters by Azerbaijan. No single evidence, thus far, has been presented to support these claims.
Armenian high-level officials, public figures, including the Ombudsman consistently make anti-Azerbaijani racist statements, disseminate revanchist ideas and call for renewal of hostilities for retaking of territories of Azerbaijan.
